I’m Nicole (@electrick.frauu) . I currently live in Romania. I’ve been teaching movement since 2015, with certifications in Pilates matwork and reformer, low flow heels, floor flow, and Myofascial Training (FaMo). Over the years, I’ve developed a teaching style that blends structure with exploration—offering not just Pilates and dance, but also classes in mobility, flexibility, and freestyle movement.

Blu is a dancer and sensualist whose journey through movement has taken them across the East Coast, primarily in the DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas, performing in clubs, shows, and various performances. Blu transitioned into teaching pole dance in 2020, sharing their unique approach to movement with others. Blu believes that dancing is a deeply healing art, one that empowers individuals to tap into their sensuality and inner strength.

Mocha May (they/she) is a Pakistani queer, nonbinary, and disabled pole dancing and fitness instructor, performer, art therapist, activist, and creative based in Chicago. Pole started as a form of art therapy for them and feels like a natural extension of their work as an art therapist. They are passionate about helping people reconnect to their bodies and spirits in a radical, decolonial way, whether that is through movement, strengthening, therapy, artmaking, building community, or reclaiming rituals.
