This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you may sell digital products, physical products, and/or services through the Marketplace. By applying and/or listing products, you agree to these terms.
Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant the Marketplace a non-exclusive license to display, market, and promote their products/services.
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and agreed to by both parties.

Platform: Ignite Unbound Marketplace (HER Hustle Marketplace)
Owner: Ignite Unbound LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Platform Owner”)
Vendor: (“you,” “your,” or “Vendor”)
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have the legal right to sell the products/services you list.
You agree not to list prohibited, illegal, or infringing content (pornographic material, counterfeit goods, stolen intellectual property, hate speech, etc.).
We offer a hybrid pricing structure:
Monthly Vendor Subscription will be billed automatically.
Commission: Will be deducted from each completed sale based on membership tier.
Failure to pay your vendor subscription may result in suspension or termination of your store.
Vendors may sell:
Digital products: courses, e-books, templates, meditations, music, video files.
Physical products: print-on-demand items (fulfilled by Printful or similar), or vendor-fulfilled merchandise. Vendors are responsible for inventory, shipping, and returns unless fulfilled by an integrated POD provider.
Services: coaching, consultations, live sessions, workshops.
Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Maintain professional, respectful conduct within the Marketplace community.
Provide prompt customer service, including delivery of goods/services.
Honor refund and return policies as required by law.
Ensure products are original or properly licensed.
We reserve the right to:
Approve or deny vendor applications.
Remove listings that violate policies or harm our brand reputation.
Suspend or terminate vendor accounts for non-compliance.
Adjust commission or subscription fees with 30 days’ written notice.
The Marketplace is not liable for:
Vendor misrepresentation.
Customer disputes related to vendor products/services.
Delays, loss, or damages resulting from vendor actions.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Marketplace and Platform Owner against claims arising from their business.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ notice. Immediate termination may occur if:
Vendor violates laws or policies.
Vendor fails to pay subscription fees.
Vendor engages in fraudulent or harmful activity.
